Started racing in 1969 in the late model division with a 1958 Pontiac, then changed to a 1962 Chevy a few years later and continued until 1975. Les resumed racing at Brewerton Speedway in 1991 with a 4 cylinder Ford Mustang and raced in that division until 1996, where he changed to the IMCA class that he races today. His son, Brett, still races that same car in the 4 cylinder class. For 2003, Les will be driving a new car that has been hand built during the winter of '01-'02.
